Hollandse Kust Zuid Holland I and II Offshore Wind Farm

01 Apr 2024: Update February 2024: There has been no announcement regarding the project becoming fully-operational, so the date has been pushed back to Q2 Update February 2024: There has been no announcement regarding the project becoming fully-operational, so the date has been pushed back to end-Q1 Update 29th September 2023: Final turbines installed in June 2023 and the wind farm has been inaugurated by BASF, Vattenfall and Allianz. Developers expect the wind farm to be fully operational in 2024 Update: the expectation is that the Hollandse Kust Zuid wind farm will be commissioned in phases; sites I&II in 2022 and III&IV in 2023. The expectation is that the wind farm will be running at full power by mid-summer 2023. According to the regulations, it is expected that projects must start offshore construction within four years of obtaining an irrevocable permit and must be fully operational within 5 years.
