Alpha Nano Solutions has received funding from in order to introduce and test its nano protective products with offshore associated companies.

Alpha Nano is very keen to hear from workboat and turbine manufacturers and operators, and it is also keen to work with Ports and harbours reducing maintenance budgets on infrastructure.

Alpha Nano provides hydrophobic, easy clean and low maintenance coating for renewable energy in extreme conditions, initially a coating to be used on offshore transit vessels within the renewable sector. Nano Coating is also used in a different range of industries including Automotive, Aviation, Construction, Food processing, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Marine.

The Alpha Nano solution has been used on Tidal Transit's fourth vessel Kitty Petra to protect the metal surfaces from corrosion, seawater, and salt air.
