Update August 2023: given press reports regarding the challenging economics of Inch Cape and the statement from ICOL "ICOL considers that shortages and increasing costs in the supply chain coupled with increased interest rates and geo-political challenges have made it more challenging to deliver projects at AR four prices resulting in protracted construction programmes. Consequently, commencement of offshore construction is unlikely to begin before June 2024", 4C is delaying financial close into 2024 Update Sept 2022: project now expecting to reach FID in Q3-2023 Update July 2022: project now expecting to reach FID in Mid-2023 Update: project now expecting to reach FID in February 2023 Update: Expected after 2021 CFD auction, estimated 2022.
