Surveys services provided for Nordsee One

Con4Mare has been chosen by RWE to provide marine warranty surveying for the 332MW wind farm Nordsee One.

Con4Mare GmbH & Cie. KG was founded in February 2013 to meet the industry’s demand for additional providers of Marine Warranty Survey- and Engineering Services on the Offshore Market.

Nordsee One is the first stage of a large wind farm complex to be built 40 kilometres north of the island Juist off Germany’s coast. Nordsee One consists of 54 turbines with each 6.15 MW each and provides a total capacity of 332.1 MW.

Back on the 19th March Northland Power Inc., Toronto ("Northland") and RWE Innogy GmbH, Essen (“RWE”), announced that the €1.2 billion Nordsee One project reached financial close, with all of the equity contributed to the project and all debt required for the project now fully committed by the project lenders.

Offshore construction is expected to start in 2016.
