Typhoon Offshore (UK) fizzles out

Typhoon Offshore (UK) Ltd, the independent energy company focussing on sourcing, structuring and financing deals for UK offshore wind farm projects has gone into voluntary liquidation.

The joint liquidators are Mark Upton and David Scrivener, both of Ensors, Cardinal House, 46 St Nicholas Street, Ipswich IP1 1TT, and were appointed on 10th Feb.

Their London base was set up to be close to developer/owners and other key stakeholders - lenders, investors, insurers and the government bodies.
