Roman Rebel is a SWATH vessel and sister ship to Bibby Tethra with a few changes to reflect the company’s development into shallow geotechnical sampling and more challenging offshore market. Although Roman Rebel is the same overall length as Bibby Tethra at 27.5m, the vessel has a number of enhancements, including an increased deck crane capacity of 10.87 tons and improved internal layout.

The vessel was launched on 01 November 2014 and arrived in Liverpool on 20th January 2015. It was sold after Bibby Hydromap went into administration.
