4C Offshore | MHO Falcon
MHO Falcon (was World Firmus) uses the SES – Offshore Service Vessel concept as a key element of the next generation of offshore wind farm service vessels. The SES (Surface Effect Ship) is lifted by an air cushion enclosed by side hulls and flexible rubber sealing aft and in the bow. By utilising this air cushion to stabilise the heave motion, the vessel is able to dock with offshore foundations in higher sea states than possible with other vessels.

In addition the vessel offers good sea keeping and passenger comfort combined with a high service speed. Its arrival in the UK was delayed by a few weeks after a catastrophic fire onboard sister vessel Umoe Ventus. The vessel is now managed by World Marine Offshore.
