HST acquires Gardline vessels

Swansea-based HST Marine (HST) has announced the acquisition of two Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) from Gardline Ltd. HST Thomas and HST Grace (Ex Marian Array and Gardian 14) will undergo an extensive refit and upgrade works package.

The up-cycling of these two 21 metre, 12 passengers vessels will give an extended life to these assets. Further details will follow on the changes with HST planning to re-launch the vessels in 2021.

HST currently operates a fleet of four crew transfer vessels. All the current vessels are a Damen FCS 2710 design and can carry up to 26 passengers. The vessel feature a substantial deck space with a 'no step' configuration. The design is an development from the highly successful Damen FCS 2610 design.

HST recently announced the construction of HST Ella. The hybrid CTV has been designed by Chartwell Marine and will be built by Diverse Marine in Cowes on the Isle of Wight.
