ALL NRG to service German duo for RWE

RWE Renewables GmbH has tasked ALL NRG A/S to service the high voltage systems at the Arkona and Amrumbank West offshore wind farms in Germany.

Danish high voltage specialist ALL NRG A/S will provide high and medium voltage maintenance at the two German offshore wind farms. Corresponding contracts were recently signed.

An ambition that goes hand in hand with the specialized HV competencies we hold within ALL NRG”.
“Having worked at both sites with various work scopes since installation, we look forward to returning to Arkona and Amrumbank.”

The 302 MW Amrumbank West wind farm covers an area of approximately 32 km² and is located around 35 km north of the island of Heligoland and 37 km west of the North Frisian island of Amrum. It has been in operation since 2015 and features 80 Siemens SWT-3.6-120 wind turbines.

The Arkona project is located 35km northeast of the island of Rügen and has a capacity of 385MW. It was commissioned in 2019 and features 60 Siemens Gamesa SWT-6.0-154 turbines.
