Edda Wind has entered into a long-term contract for one of its newbuild vessels with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. The contract will commence mid-2023.

Six out of eight vessels in the Edda Wind fleet have now been secured on long-term charters with reputable counterparts.

Edda Winds recently completed IPO and announced additional cash injection which it outlined positioned it for further growth. As has been stated in previous communication, the company aims to enhance and develop its position in the C/SOV market.
