Tekmar scores another CPS contract in China

Tekmar Energy Limited has announced a new contract to provide Cable Protection System (CPS) services for an offshore wind farm off the Shandong Peninsula in north east China.

The contract will see Tekmar Energy supplying its patented TekLink Mechanical Latch CPS technology for the offshore wind farm's subsea inter-array cables, as they transition from the seabed through the dynamic zone to the topside hang-off position. The company will manufacture these systems at its production facility in north-east England. The CPS technology will be exported to China in Q2 2021.

Tekmar has previously announced two CPS supply contracts in the area in recent months.
