Vessel update: World Levante arrives in Sassnitz

World Marine's new vessel World Levante, has arrived in the port of Sassnitz ready for work on Merkur Offshore Wind Farm. The vessel was the second of two vessels built to order for service with Iberdrola on the Wikinger OWF.
World Levante has a trimaran hull configuration and is a hybrid ship - it has diesel generators and the option of batteries which can power the outer jets or avoid the need to run the generator. The 33m vessel was built at the Assens Shipyard Ltd and joins its sister vessel, World Terral,on the Wikinger project.
