Van Oord appointed three Belgian companies to work on the $44m contract. CG Global designed, engineered and manufactured the electrical systems. Cofely Fabricom oversaw contract delivery and provided the site for topside assembly, Fabricom put in a total of 80,000 man hours. Lemants designed and fabricated the topside and jacket foundation.
