Heavy Maintenance and Construction

Vessel image
An EPC contract was purportedly signed in October 2020 for one jack up to be delivered by end 2022, with options for a second. OIM is considering a US build for the second vessel.

OIM describes the vessel as able to install next generation turbines (including floating turbines at nearshore locations), able to transport and install 4 x 15 MW turbines. It is also suitable for foundations, able to transport 4-5 XXL foundations, and installation and commissioning of offshore substations.
