4C Offshore | Jill
Jill is a drilling jack-up that is operated on a long term charter and under commercial management by Fred Olsen Windcarrier. The vessel is operating out of Europe carrying out O&M work in offshore wind - Fred Olsen claims the vessel can access 80% of current installations (May, 2019). Jill is capable of transporting WTG components up to 5 MW and can carry major components such as gear boxes, generators, transformers, blades and full drive trains for O&M jobs.

Although the maximum accommodation is 132 persons, in Europe this is limited to 80.
