Orion

Heavy Maintenance and Construction

4C Offshore | Orion
Orion has a combination of high transport and load capability. It can lift 5,000 tons which allows it to install the next generation of foundations and other turbine components.

The vessel has been designed to have a Green Passport and Clean Design notation. The vessel is fuelled by LPG.

The vessel crane was heavily damaged in May 2020, and in September 2020 underwent salvage and repair.

In August 2021, DEME ordered a 2,300 ton lifting spreader from Huisman for the vessel.
