Siemens contracted Berhard Schulte to charter Windea La Cour to support operations and maintenance work on the Gemini OWF.

The vessel is the first of the ULSTEIN SX175 design, developed to meet the requirements for the offshore wind industry. Important features are the new X-STERN hull line design as well as the proven X-BOW®. The vessel can operate with stern or front towards wind, waves and current, increasing the operational window. The hull was built in Crist Yard, Poland.

Windea La Cour has one 11m ProZero daughter craft built by Tuco Marine Group which can carry 10 passengers.
