30 Sep 2023: Update April 2023: Specifications for the tender are expected in September 2023 with awards delayed to April 2024. Update February 2023: The tenders are now expected in end-2023, with the choice of winners made in 2024. Update August 2022: The competitive dialogue period will end at the end of 2022 . The choice of the winner(s) will be made in the fall of 2023, for the commissioning of the parks scheduled for 2030. Tender selection Phase: submission of final bids and designation of winner. The exhaustive list of final award criteria will be determined during the competitive dialogue but will be based on: 1. Bid price 2. Environmental issues 3. Social issues The winners of these competitive bidding procedures will be designated in 2023 with a view to commissioning the parks by 2030. Winners are entitled to enter into a 20-year remuneration contract with EDF and will need to obtain bundled permitting and environmental authorisation to build and operate the wind farm.
