Five Estuaries Offshore Wind Farm

26 Mar 2024: Update March 2024: The project submitted for consent on 26th March. The Planning Inspectorate has two weeks to decide whether to accept the application for processing. Update February 2024: Planning inspectorate states that the project is expected to apply for consent between January and March 2024. Update August 2023: Following review consultation feedback and project deliverables the project now anticipates submitting its DCO application in February 2024, rather than at the end of 2023. Update June 2023: The application is expected to be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate Q4 2023 Update February 2023: The application is expected to be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate 'Late' 2023 Update September 2022: The application is expected to be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate 'Summer' 2023 Update September 2021: The application is expected to be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate Q3 2023 Update October 2020: The application is expected to be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate Q1 2024, according to Planning Inspectorate website. After receipt of the application, there will be 28 days for the Planning Inspectorate to review the application and decide whether or not to accept it for examination. If accepted, the planning process is assumed to take 18 months. Possible Q2 2022 timing for DCO application according to communications with local council
