02 Apr 2024: Update April 2024: BOEM have awarded a Record of Decision to the New England offshore wind project, which comprises of Commonwealth Wind (Renamed New England Wind 2) and Park City Wind (Renamed New England Wind 1). Update January 2024: Following a request for an extension to the COP final decision target date, BOEM have extended this deadline to 1st July 2024 Update May 2023: Due to delays in BOEM's National Environmental Policy Act action, COP target date has now been estimated as 25th March 2024 BOEM is communicating a target for its decision on the New England Wind (Park City & Commonwealth) COP: 1st October 2023.
