Eneco completes turbine installation

Around three o'clock Tuesday morning Van Oord completed the last of the 43 turbines to be installed on the 129MW project Eneco Luchterduinen.

Eneco Luchterduinen is 50% owned by Mitsubishi Corporation and 50% owned by Eneco. Van Oord is responsible for the engineering, procurement and installation of the foundations, the complete electrical infrastructure including the the offshore high voltage station and installation of the wind turbines.

The wind farm is expected to be fully commissioned late 2015 and is already partially generating power. Full power is expected for August 2015.
