IT / Web Developer

4C Offshore provides a secure Market Intelligence digital platform to a global customer base requiring 24 hour access.

The company uses a mixture of current and new web development technologies, services and techniques, SQL for data management, ARCGIS for map development and data integration, HCL Notes and Domino for back-office systems and content management all of which are in-house.

Joining our team implies your role is essential and mission critical. We are looking for those of you prepared to self-motivate, learn and adapt to existing, legacy and new technologies. This is not a role suitable for those looking for a single tracked development role.

Research, Design and develop UI interfaces, program web and in-house software applications for internal and external use and provide internal IT support.

Customer Onboarder

As a growing company 4C Offshore has a unique service offering with a global reach and corresponding customer portfolio covering the offshore energy sector. We provide consultancy and membership intelligence services and we are based in Lowestoft. We are continuously developing our sales approach and want you to be part of this.

We seek a bright and enthusiastic Customer Onboarder to look after the memberships within the company. This person will be responsible for our subscribers, being our members ‘go to’ for any customer enquiry and constantly ensuring a positive customer experience so that the clients are getting the most out of their subscription. It will entail learning all subscription products on offer as well as understanding the offshore energy sector in detail. It will involve reporting all feedback to the relevant departments so that we are constantly improving the subscriber’s service with our organisation.

Social Media Manager

As a social media manager, you'll manage the organisation's online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns. Social media management is a distinct role in our large organisation. It will be combined with other marketing and communications responsibilities. Only previous experienced candidates will be considered.
