4C is now TGS
We are excited to announce a significant milestone in 4C Offshore's journey. Our integration into the TGS family marks the beginning of a new era in offshore wind market intelligence.
Highland Group Holding also owns Deutsche Bucht (210 MW) offshore project, planned for commissioning for 2019, where K2 Management has an identical engagement. “We are proud and very pleased about our role as project director and owner’s engineer. Our relatively small, but highly skilled team is very dedicated supporting our client with his projects. We are confident, that by developing two almost identical wind farms with monopiles and 5+ MW wind turbine, we can lower costs of energy significantly,” Peter Steinfeld, Project Director & Managing Director at K2 Management in Germany explains. Veja Mate should consist of 72 turbines, (the turbine model has not yet been released) located in the North Sea approximately 114km from shore. Financial close for this project is expected to happen April 2015, Power is expected to be generated within 2017.
