Hua Dian 1001

Heavy Maintenance and Construction

Hua Dian 1001(华电1001) is an installation vessel used in the Chinese market. Between Nov 2014--Jan 2015, it was used for maintenance work for Donghai Bridge Offshore Wind Farm- Phase 1 when it changed blades, gear box, and hubs.

The vessel was later withdrawn from use in Taiwan over concerns that the Chinese vessel posed a security issue.
