Dajin Heavy Offshore Industries Co., Ltd., a provider of offshore infrastructure solutions, announces progress in its supply contribution to the NOY-lles D'Yeu et Noirmoutier offshore wind farm project in France.

Since mid-October 2022, Dajin's wholly-owned subsidiary, Penglai Dajiin Marine Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., has been exclusively responsible for the construction and delivery of 61 monopiles for the project.

The NOY-lles D'Yeu et Noirmoutier offshore wind farm, with a total installed capacity of 496 MW, is slated for completion in 2025. Developed by a consortium comprising Ocean Winds, Sumitomo Corporation, and Caisse des Dépôts, under Eoliennes en Mer Dieppe Le Tréport (EMDT), this project marks the company's second offshore wind farm delivery to Europe, following the Moray West offshore wind farm project in China.

In a recent development, the second batch of monopiles has been successfully loaded and shipped from Penglai Dajin Port. As of the announcement date, the company has delivered a total of 31 monopiles, representing more than half of the project's shipments. Additional monopiles are currently in production and are scheduled for shipment within the year.

The successful advancement of the French NOY-lles D'Yeu et Noirmoutier offshore wind farm project underscores Dajin's commitment to delivering high-quality offshore infrastructure solutions globally.

The company anticipates a positive impact on its current operating performance, as its overseas offshore engineering business accelerates in 2024. With multiple projects underway simultaneously, the company aims to establish a continuous cycle of bidding, order signing, production, and delivery. To ensure the timely and high-quality completion of projects, the company has upgraded its Penglai offshore engineering base to a 'world-class' facility and is actively expanding its operations in Panjin and Tangshan, China.
