The partly EDF-owned wind farm Saint-Nazaire takes one step closer to being operational after the O&M base has made ground on its configuration.

The configuration took many months to decide upon as it had to go through many discussions and meetings with both the Port Authority, and local fisherman. The design has taken all members into consideration and allows for co-habitation for all users.

The design itself is being produced by a local architectural company with the focus on the landscape and environment being integrated into it.

The Saint-Nazaire will have a capacity of 480MW, which will be provided by the 80 Haliade 150-6MW turbines.
