Fabricom Offshore Services rebrands

Fabricom Offshore Services launched of a new name and corporate identity. From today (15th January 2019), the energy services firm will operate under the name Quanta Fabricom.

The company has undergone a complete re-brand following a recent management buyout. During 2018, a management buyout (MBO) took place with the company being acquired by Chief Executive Officer Nick Oates, who continues to lead the business with support from the Board and Senior Management Team. The firm have also recently opened a new office within Arnhall Business Park, Westhill Aberdeen, which will improve operations following impressive growth within the past 12 months.

The decision to re-brand was made to reflect the recent changes and new values and ethos of the company, with the introduction of a new logo, vision and website. The name Quanta is derived from the meaning of ‘one particle’, the idea of unity, simplicity and essence. A new brand was developed to reflect this.
