MHO&Co acquires OOC Nerz

MHO&Co AS has announced the purchase of the vessel OOC Nerz. The vessel will be renamed MHO Grimsby. The 26m vessel, with its IPS propulsion and 24 seats, is a proven vessel design and is highly valued by charterers.

CEO Mik Henriksen stated that “With this purchase we will strengthen our position in the market and with the order of two 39m state of art CTV vessels with delivery in 2018, we will be able to react client high requirements and we have now a diverse range of vessels to offer that can satisfy any requirement on any project.”


North Sea Hagland Shipbrokers facilitated the deal and
MHO Grimsby will join the fleet in July 2018. OOC Nerz was previously operated by Northern Offshore Services (NOS) after it joined the fleet in June 2017. The vessel was owned by Opielok Offshore Carriers. MH&Co has two more new vessels joining the fleet this year—MHO Gurli in October and MHO4 TBC in November. MHO Gurli will go straight to work for Ørsted on Hornsea Project One.
