Vattenfall sets out contract

Vattenfall, The Swedish offshore wind developer, has issued a contract notice for marine coordination services.

The services are to take place in several countries across Europe. These include, but are not limited too, Germany; Sweden, and the UK.

The expected Contract duration is 36 months, with the Employer option to extend two times by one additional year, or one time by 24 months. Before the start of actual operations, the Contractor’s personnel will need to be briefed and trained.

The scope of the services the Contractor will provide include deploying vessels in a manner in an attempt to optimise timeline activities. It will also have to monitor and keep track of all the vessels, as well as maintaining communications with them.

Tenders have until the 5th of June to apply for the contract. It will start on the 1st of January 2019.
