NELI Interconnector Converter

Planned converter by Deepwater Wind, Converter is part of New England-Long Island Interconnector(NELI). This will allow excess power to be diverted to New England, when wind plant generation is greater than 600MW, during hours when output is less than 600MW power can be sourced from New England to supply Long Island.
