on project 'Marine Spatial Plan: Energy Research Area E5' on Thursday, 22 April 2021, the following was announced: 'Orsted reveals that it has submitted a project application within the Research Area E5 to the Ministry of Economics of Latvia, with the intention of developing an interconnection with Liivi Laht in Estonia. In accordance with the regulatory framework, the Ministry of Economics will evaluate the information indicated in the application within a month and by the end of July this year will prepare a draft order on the determination of the use of the sea area to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers. The Cabinet of Ministers will make a decision on determining the use of the sea area.'
