August 2022: KOEN (KOSEP) is currently evaluating turbine suppliers. Expect a few more years of permitting/supplier contracting. Offshore construction start in 2025/2026 plausible. December 2021: Onshore construction scheduled to commence in December 2022. This is unlikely given delays in the permitting process. With current timelines, it is unlikely the project will complete the permitting process until the end of 2023, unless there are efforts to accelerate/simplify processes. If all permits are received by the end of 2023, onshore construction may begin in 2024, with offshore in 2025/26.
