Quanta scores Hollandse Kust Noord personnel supply contract

Quanta has been awarded a contract to supply personnel to the Hollandse Kust Noord offshore wind farm being developed off the Dutch coast.

Quanta will supply technical personnel, focusing on delivering Quality Management and Inspection professionals.

Matthew Bowles, Principal Consultant at Quanta said: “We are delighted to be working with CrossWind on this exciting project and we are looking forward to supplying them with the right professionals to help them succeed. The Hollandse Kust Noord wind farm is expected to be operational by 2023 with an installed capacity of 759 MW, generating at least 3.3 TWh per year. The wind farm will be located 18.5 km off the Dutch coast, near the town of Egmond aan Zee. Is it being developed subsidy free by the CrossWind consortium, a joint venture between Shell and Eneco.
