Vos Prodect announced a contract awarded by TKF to supply the low Hang-off systems for the
Hollandse Kust Noord (HKN) offshore wind farm. The delivery of the systems is planned for the end of Q4 2022.

Vos Prodect will supply the low Cable Hang-off system to secure the inter-array cables in the wind turbine. This design has been chosen in close consultation with the cable supplier.

HKN is expected to be operational by 2023 with an installed capacity of 759 MW, generating at least 3.3 TWh per year. The wind farm will be located 18.5 km off the Dutch coast, near the town of Egmond aan Zee. Is it being developed subsidy-free by the CrossWind consortium, a joint venture between Shell and Eneco. It will consist of 60 Siemens Gamesa SG 11.0-200 DD turbines.

Last year, TKF contracted Vos Prodect to supply Cable Hang-off systems for the Hollandse Kust Zuid project. The Hollandse Kust Zuid wind farm zone consists of two sites, Hollandse Kust Zuid 1&2 and Hollandse Kust Zuid 3&4, and is being developed by Vattenfall, which secured the rights to the projects with subsidy free bids in March 2018 and July 2019. It is owned by Vattenfall, BASF and Allianz, is expected to have a total capacity of 1 500 MW, equalling the consumption of approximately 1.5 million Dutch households.
