Rosslare Europort is located on the south east corner of Ireland and it is located within 70 nautical miles of 8.6GW of proposed wind farm projects on the Irish Sea.Rosslare was involved in the early assembly of wind farms in recent years on the Irish Sea. It has a dedicated berth, coupled with 100,000m2 secure compound space, which provides customers the opportunity to use Rosslare Europort for assembly, maintenance, installation and servicing, while both open and closed storage areas are available on site. There is over 300,000m2 of land available connected to the port which can be developed for the offshore industry. A new access road into the port allows for over size vehicles access to the N25/M11 to Dublin, Cork and other major cities within 90 minutes of the port. There are many offshore wind industry related companies located 15 minutes from the port servicing offshore training, fabrication and repairs, while hotels and housing are available 5 minutes from the port. Rosslare Europort is fully ISPS compliant.
