Rosslare Europort is located on the south east corner of Ireland and we are located within 70 nautical miles of 8.6GW of proposed wind farm projects on the Irish Sea.We have expertise, knowledge, land and skills to facilitate the offshore wind industry having been involved in the early assembly of wind farms in recent years on the Irish Sea. We have a dedicated berth, coupled with 100,000sqm secure compound space, which gives our customers tremendous opportunity to use Rosslare Europort for assembly, maintenance, installation and servicing, while both open and closed storage areas are available on site. There is over 300,000sqm of land available connected to the port which can be developed for the offshore industry. Our new access road into the port allows for over size vehicles access to the N25/M11 to Dublin, Cork and other major cities within 90 minutes of the port. There are many offshore wind industry related companies located 15 minutes from the port servicing offshore training, fabrication and repairs, while hotels and housing are available 5 minutes from the port. Rosslare Europort is fully ISPS compliant.
Kishorn Port received approval from the Highland Council for its proposal to extend the port’s dry dock.
Vattenfall has chosen Hvide Sande Havn as the service port for for its Vesterhav Syd & Nord nearshore wind farms, off the Danish Coast.
