4C Offshore | Edda Breeze
Østensjø Rederi signed a letter of intent for the construction of four Commissioning Service Operation Vessels (CSOV). The vessels are designed for service operations during the commissioning and operation of offshore wind parks.

In addition to lower operational expenses and more efficient operations, it is estimated that emission of greenhouse gases will be reduced by a minimum 30% on the new buildings. The vessels will be prepared for installation of zero emission technology.

Østensjø Rederi AS has signed a 11-year charter with Ocean Breeze starting in Q1 2021. The contract will be fulfilled by a front runner vessel before Edda Breeze continues with the contract on delivery.

The vessel has a warehouse capacity of 400m2 and 2.5 tons per m2 load.
