East Anglia Hub - ONE North Offshore Wind Farm

11 May 2023: The East Anglia ONE North and East Anglia TWO projects may not be commenced until a plan for the work of the lesser black-backed gull compensation steering group (“LBBCSG”) has been submitted to and approved by the Secretary of State. The Applicant has, in accordance with the requirements, provided a Plan of Work that set out the terms of reference, the membership, the schedule of meetings, timetables, reporting and review periods, and the dispute resolution mechanism for the Kittiwake Steering Group. It is proposed that the Steering Group will look at the relevant compensation measures proposed under both of the Orders . The Secretary of State has approved the Plan of Work for the LBBCSG
