05 Dec 2021: Update in 9th December 2021: It's announced on this date that this project has been fully commissioned on 5th December 2021. 4C estiamed this based on the tender for grid connection service from Aug 2020 to June 2022, released on June 15, 2020. Earlier in May 2019, fully commissioning is expected the end of 2020.
