01 Jan 2024: Update July 2020: Manufacture expected from 2024. Update November 2019: Construction start delayed to 2024 up to 2027. Procurement also delayed therefore. Procurement could take place 2021-2022 and installation 2022-2023. But there is a risk that licensing could be delayed so Vattenfall are seeking an extension to the construction permit until 31/12/2027.
