01 Jan 2024: Update Q1 2022: Phase 1 activity of the program is the mobilisation and stakeholder engagement to support development of new basis of design for submission to NRW for new Scoping Opinion, followed by Stage Gate Review to confirm market fit and suitability for S36 Consent and Marine License. It is estimated a scoping opinion could be submitted in 2022 and consents in 2023/4. Update Q4 2021: delayed due to lack of tangible progress Update 02/02/20: A consent application could be submitted in Summer 2022. Potentially delayed by a year as commissioning date is pushed back to 2025/26. A consent application could be submitted in 2020/2021, consent granted in 2022 and the first electricity could be generated by 2024.
