30 Apr 2024: Update April 24 2024: Morgan submitted its application for consent on its generation assets, documents regarding the application will be available when the Planning Inspectorate chooses to accept the application. The decision to accept the application is due 22 May. Update February 2024: According to the Planning Inspectorate website, the application is expected to be submitted April 2024 Update June 2023: The application is expected to be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate Q2 2024. Update Jan 2023: Consent application for the generating assets is now expected to be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate in Q1 2024. Formal submission of documents for DCO Submission is scheduled for October 2023
