08 Dec 2023: The Lake Erie Energy Development Corp. board of directors has made the decision to temporarily halt development on the Icebreak Wind project. Citing delays due to various mandates, lawsuits and financial difficulties, the project was unable to develop in any sensible time frame and it became financially untenable.
