Due to the lack of progress, 4C has pushed the estimated start date of onshore construction to H2 2023. Update (July 2022): Onshore construction expected to begin at end-2022/early 2023. Update (March 2021): MRP is communicating a construction start in Q4 2021. Update (August 2020): MRP is communicating a construction start in Q2 2021. Construction was previously expected to start late 2018/early 2019 (June 2017). In June 2019, a revised timeline was presented, indicating construction of Phase 1A would begin in Q2 2020, following financial close the same quarter.
