22 Feb 2024: Update February 2024: still 8 turbines generating power. Construction on remaining turbines not started. Update (25th July 2023): 24.8 MW of the project is commercially operational. The Vien An project has been marked as "running reliably" and is licensed to operate electricity. The owners have also decided to extend an ownership investment programme, meaning it's more likely the remaining 8 turbines will be installed.
