Xiong Cheng Tianwei 1 (雄程天威1) was one of the first Service Operational Vessels (SOV) to be built in China. It was designed by FKAB Shanghai and has a Walk 2 Work system installed and advanced DC diesel electric propulsion.

There is accommodation onboard for up to 12 passengers for seven days.
