25 May 2022: Investigation aimed at obtaining the release, for the duration of 30 (thirty) years, of a maritime state concession for the construction and operation of a floating off-shore wind power plant in the sea area in front of the south west coast of Sardinia by the company Thalassa Wind Srl. In particular, the concession relates to the occupation of: - 328.79 m² of state-owned area (ZD) (fig. 3, part. 2165 of the Municipality of Portoscuso (SU)) for the construction of the sections of submarine ducts that fall within the state-owned area, of the junction tank and of the subsequent land duct, which extends to the exit from the state-owned area and from here to the existing TERNA 220 kV “PORTOSCUSO” electricity station; - 197,993.98 m² of stretch of water (SP) in the territorial sea for the positioning of submarine export conduits, from the state-owned area of ​​Portoscuso to the limit of territorial waters in the southwest of Sardinia; - 1,577,275.19 m² of water surface (SP) beyond the border of the territorial sea: for the continuation of the submarine export conduits (20,127.14 m²), for the 2 offshore electrical stations (13,122 m²) and for the installation of n. 35 wind turbines with floating foundation (1,544,026.05 m²).
